Synopsis
Aiding recovery through fitness and well-being.
Cyclists Fighting Cancer is a charity helping children and young people living with cancer across the UK regain their physical fitness, improve mental wellness and reduce social isolation by giving them new lightweight bikes, specially adapted trikes, cycling related equipment and support.
Since 2005 they have helped over 10,000 families and we are passionate about sharing the benefits of exercise and activity for people living with and beyond cancer.
From the Editor...
CFC is a really special charity. I have worked with them over the years producing video content free of charge, to aid them in their cause and spreading the word about the great work they do; from raising money through their Charity Bike Shop, to organised events and funding raised from individuals, every pound raised is used to buy brand new bikes to give to children and young people living with cancer.

About the challenge
The Ambitious 220 challenge is an annual, demanding 220-mile (approx. 354 km) cycling event from Manchester to London designed to test physical and mental endurance, raising funds for the charity Ambitious about Autism. Founded by Rapha’s Simon Mottram, it supports autistic children and young people. A virtual option also exists, allowing participants to create their own 220-themed challenge.
