Project 2035

Project:

Project 2035

Synopsis

In this video, we bring together voices from across CIA member companies to explore Project 2035, our collective look at what the next decade must deliver for the chemical sector to continue driving economic value, supporting society and leading environmental progress.

As the world changes rapidly, so do the threats and opportunities facing our industry. To understand them clearly, the Chemical Industries Association (CIA) partnered with S&P Global to carry out a fully independent assessment of the UK chemical industry’s current and near future resilience. Drawing on extensive research and broad industry engagement, the resulting report shines a light on the major forces shaping our sector over the coming 10 years.

This video highlights:

  • Why our industry matters – economically, socially and environmentally

  • The biggest challenges we must confront

  • The opportunities we cannot afford to miss

  • The urgent actions required from both Government and industry to secure a stronger, more sustainable future

If you want to understand what’s at stake and what must happen now to ensure progress for all watch the full story behind Project 2035.
